Chief OS

by Frazier Digital

Private beta · 2026

Your AI Chief Of Staff, in one chat.

Chief OS turns natural-language messages into the right action — a task, a calendar event, a contact, or an answer pulled from your week. Solopreneurs run their day from one composer instead of five apps.

The problem isn't you, it's accountability.

Most task apps are fancy lists. Chief OS holds you to your day — it nudges before things slip, follows up on what's stalled, and surfaces what actually matters next. Like a chief of staff who won't let it drop.

Everything a solopreneur needs to run their day

One chat. Real tools behind it. Your calendar, your inbox, your tasks, your people — all reachable through the same composer.

Natural-language chat

Talk the way you think. The composer routes short imperatives (“call Maya tomorrow at 3”) through a fast parser, and longer or conversational input through a function-calling chat that can answer or take action.

Smart routing & prioritization

Tasks pick up priority (urgent → low), due dates, and your existing tag vocabulary automatically — no forms, no field-filling. Active, completed, snoozed and archived states are handled for you.

Calendar-aware

Reads your Google Calendar so it knows when you’re blocked, and can create events on the fly — “lunch with Sam Thursday at 12:30” lands on the calendar without leaving the chat.

AI email triage

Connect Gmail or iCloud Mail and Chief OS will sort your inbox into urgent, high, normal and low, suggest the next action, and write a one-line summary — so you open email already knowing what matters.

Proactive nudges

Web push notifications surface deadline pings, focus check-ins, calendar reminders, and tasks that have gone stale — so Chief OS comes to you before something slips, instead of waiting to be opened.

Contacts & shareable lists

Pulls in Google Contacts and lets the chat create or update people on the fly. Split work and personal into lists, then invite collaborators when something stops being a solo job.

How it works

No onboarding flow to slog through. Three steps and you're running.

1

Connect your Google account

One sign-in connects your calendar, contacts, and inbox. You stay in control — disconnect any time from settings.

2

Talk to Chief

Tell Chief what you need to do, what's on your calendar, or who you're meeting with. It routes the request to the right tool automatically.

3

Stay accountable

Chief surfaces what's due, what's slipping, and what's worth deferring — so your day runs on intention, not autopilot.

Frequently asked

The questions every reviewer, beta tester, and skeptic asks first.

What is Chief OS?
Chief OS is a chat-first task and schedule assistant for solopreneurs and single-owner businesses. Think of it as a lightweight executive assistant that lives on your phone — capture tasks, manage your calendar, triage email, and keep contacts in one place, all by typing or speaking in plain English.
How does Chief OS use my Google data?
If you sign in with Google, Chief OS uses the calendar, contacts, and Gmail scopes you authorize to (a) sync upcoming events into the dashboard, (b) create calendar events when you ask it to, (c) read and triage email by priority, and (d) save contacts you reference in chat. Nothing is shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
Is my data shared or sold?
No. Chief OS does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone. Task content is sent to OpenAI strictly to process your request and is governed by OpenAI's zero-data-retention API terms. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
When does the public beta open?
Chief OS is in a closed, invite-only beta while we tune the AI behavior and observability. The waitlist is the queue — we're onboarding new users in small waves. If you'd like to skip the line, email thefrazierdigital@gmail.com with a sentence on how you'd use it.
What does it cost?
The closed beta is free. Pricing for the public release will be announced before any waitlist user is charged.
Can I use it without Google?
Yes. Magic-link sign-in works too, but you'll miss the calendar, contacts, and Gmail features. iCloud Mail is supported via app-specific password for email triage.
