Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. Introduction
Frazier Digital ("we," "us," or "our") operates Chief OS ("the Service"), an AI-powered task assistant available at chiefosapp.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Service.
By using Chief OS, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you have questions, contact us at thefrazierdigital@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. This information is used to identify your account and personalize your experience.
2.2 Task and List Data
We store tasks, lists, notes, and other content you create within the Service. This data is stored in Supabase (a cloud database provider) and is associated with your account.
2.3 Google Calendar Data
If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events to provide calendar-aware task scheduling. We store a temporary cache of your events in our database solely to enable this feature. We do not modify, delete, or share your calendar data. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings.
2.4 AI Conversation Data
When you interact with the AI assistant, your messages and task context are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) for processing. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your conversation content with third parties.
2.5 Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications (PWA web push), we store a push subscription token associated with your account to deliver notifications. You can revoke push notification permission at any time through your browser or device settings.
2.6 Telegram Integration
If you optionally connect a Telegram account for notifications, we store your Telegram chat ID to deliver messages. We do not access your Telegram contacts or message history beyond messages we send to you.
2.7 Usage Data
We may collect standard usage logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to diagnose issues and improve the Service.
2.8 Waitlist Data
If you submit your email to join the waitlist before creating an account, we store your email address solely to notify you when the Service becomes available.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process your tasks, lists, and AI interactions
- To sync your calendar data and provide scheduling suggestions
- To send push notifications and reminders you have opted into
- To authenticate your identity via Google OAuth
- To respond to support requests and questions
- To send waitlist updates and product announcements (with your consent)
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
4. Google OAuth and API Services
Chief OS uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication and optionally accesses Google Calendar via the Google Calendar API. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only request the Google permissions necessary to provide the Service
- We do not use Google user data to serve advertising or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Service to you
- We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., storing data in Supabase)
- You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase, a managed PostgreSQL database platform with row-level security enabled. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and authentication safeguards.
While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication on your Google account.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Anthropic — AI processing of your messages and task context
- Google — OAuth authentication and Calendar API access
- Vercel — hosting and serving the web application
- Law enforcement or legal authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your task and list data
- Opt out of non-essential communications
- Revoke Google Calendar access at any time
To exercise these rights, email us at thefrazierdigital@gmail.com.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Calendar cache data is refreshed periodically and not retained beyond its operational usefulness.
9. Children's Privacy
Chief OS is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
